I'll agree to deathcore, only band that has ever released something decent was All Shall Perish, and even they fucked up what they had going for themselves.



As for metalcore..... no. There is plenty of good metalcore. Converge, Botch, Knut, Anterior, Abandon All Hope, Johnny Truant, Unearth... it goes on.

Jane Doe alone is enough awesome to make up for all of metalcore.

I still don't get how people claim Doomthrone to be the worst thing they've ever heard when all this deathcore exists.

Because in deathcore, there is at least technical proficiency, whereas in Doomthrone it's pretty much childlike instrumentation all around.

I cannot agree with you more about deathcore, though; they have the shittiest fans, the shittiest (on average) music, and the douche-y-est bandmates.

I'm gonna go ahead and say Brokencyde is the worst thing to happen to music, not Wold.

Brokencyde are the worst thing to HAPPEN to music, but as far as quality goes, at least their music doesn't sound like it was produced through a bunch of dicks.
