A Little Piece Of Heaven isn't generic, it's just terrible. Critical Acclaim is definitely. But you have the album rated a 4, so no wonder you consider it to be original.
(re: Critical Acclaim) 'Cos you hear an epic organ and dual guitar intro, double bass pounding, spoken vocal style in the verses and off time drum beats in the chorus ALL the time in modern Hard Rock. Right.
And your point about my album rating juxtaposed with how original I think it is is null and void. I have Arch Enemy's Doomsday Machine at 4, but I don't think it's very original, at all.
