Took me a while to get into this band. I am glad I stuck with them because this record is great. Probably will bump this up soon. The Weakest ftw!

BEST ALBUM EVERRRRRRR.

Seriously though I love it. And every time I listen to it I get reminded of 7th grade.

finally got around to this, and I’m quite impressed, it was a fun record to jam. “Listening to Freddie Mercury” is a killer track here

In A Lose, Lose Situation and In A Win, Win Situation are both epic as dual closers to an album. Gonna make an every album Emery playlist that starts with Lose, Lose and ends with Win, Win.

Finally I checked out another album of them after for few years only knowing In Shallow Seas We Sail (4.5 from me). Many songs are excellently structured, like Playing With Fire, Returning The Smile, Listening To Freddie Mercury, Miss Behavin' and the last 2 songs.

So far it's only "The Terrible Secret" that needs to grow on me. Song structure wise it's too harmless compared to most of the other songs and too predictable. But it's still not a bad song.
