compared to both funeral procession and funeral doom in general
the vocals haven't developed because it's a different girl handling the cleans and I don't like her vocals as much. the visceral and despondent feeling of the first has been lost as well, musically the new album is quite monotonous (in my opinion, anyway).

I didn't know about the different girl! nice to know that. I felt the differnce, because the female vocals in Funeral Processon was near mezzo soprano and this one...
To each his own, especially here, their albums are really personal.
