i disagree with this, everyone should be allowed to voice their opinion on something regardless of whether they like something or not. I know when i see idiots calling Attack Attack! good metalcore it hits my 'raw nerve' because anyone with half a brain and isnt 14 knows its utter gash. So actually, its ok to hate music and comment on it as long as you back up your opinion with evidence and worthwhile points of criticism.

As for this album, it sucks. It sounds like a Metallica cover band. Ascendancy was MILLIONS times better.

No. You're right. You all have opinion. But just saying a band sucks without justification is pretty much not an opinion but just ignorance. If you can justify why you think they suck then that's fine, but I'll still listen to them.

Why do you hate them? Is it because if a band suddenly gets attention they've sold out? Trivium I can understand the anger, but Killswitch? I thought they were generally more accepted than Trivium. Either way, I'll keep listening to them.

I probably reacted a bit over the top and I apologise. It just really grates me when people say they hate a band because all the popular kids hate them. Thats not an opinion, thats a bandwagon that you're jumping aboard. If you can justify the reason why you dislike them then I shall stop this petty bickering and take back what I said. I probably will be back TBH. I might start writing some reviews, so that people whose opinions on music are more than just 'oh they suck cos the cool kids say they do'. Read them if you want. Or don't. Either way I'm not going to lose sleep over it!

lol. I have to admit that's a good comeback! tbh I think this all started from someone saying Killswitch sucked or something? That was a pretty lame reason for me to hit it off! I mean, he's allowed to think they suck.
