Yeah Cappadonna's verse on Triumph is lame as hell. Easily the worst IMO. He hardly rhymes, which would be fine if there was anything else interesting going on in it.

Honestly, and I know this is not a popular opinion, if you look past Inspectah Deck delivering maybe the greatest verse in rap history Triumph isn't all that great to me. RZA had way better beats on that same album, and no one (again, besides Deck) had a verse that would be all that memorable on its own.

I think the praise it gets might sometimes be artificially inflated by the fact that every Wu member appears on it, so it's in some ways an "important" song from the clan, but that doesn't really appeal to me so much when they've all delivered better performances elsewhere.
