I love most of Burzum's other work, but this sucks horribly.
And "Key To The Gate" is allright- until the verse comes in, backed by a ghastly guitar riff.
I've tried listening to this album several times, but it's simply abhorrent. No idea how you guys can like it.

Idk why I decided this would be the album from Burzum that I was too lazy too listen to (or more caught up in Aske, Filosofem, and ambient albums) but regardless, wow. this is beautiful. Brought me to tears on first listen. 4.5 for now. I'm a bit speechless...entranced by it's melody and atmosphere.
