There's some good moments, but it's super meh overall. Prouction sucks too and not in a good way.

Excellent riffs, passable but solid rhythm section, solid songs overall.
In retrospect, this album kind of foretold classics such as the eponymous Thorns album, whereas it was on par with the turn of Norwegian black metal towards more technical/experimental tracts in the late '90s/early naughts.
Edit:
The lofi sound work is reminiscent of Morbid Angel's Heretic, I wonder if Azagthoth listened to this album prior to 2003 haha
