Yeah, don't mean to come off that way it's one of those CD's with the songs you like at first, but then it doesn't feel as fresh or as new 'cause it's repetitive and has the typical: Intro, verse, chorus, verse, interlude, chorus, outro.

Some songs you might have to let grow on you, though.

As, "Limousine" was for me. The chorus scared the s*** out of me when it came on.

This album was done to perfection but it sucks that it was compared to Where you want to be, because that album was destroyed to compensate for radio play. It also has unoriginal lyrics and poppy un-TBS sound to it which is sad to see after an album as good as tell all your friends. Brand New is right on track for ten years down the line people will realize what an amazing band they were and what they had missed while they were around.

Brand New IS the BEST band in the whole fucking universe. "Degausser" is my favorite song in this album. I love it so much that is hurts my head.

whoa this album took some getting used to. I actually didnt like it at first, but i gave it a listen from start to finish and i became hooked. I ended up seeing them in concert, and i was surprised when they had like the whole 2 drums sets and this one guy who goes insane one one cymbal. haha.

The Liberty Scene: They started doing that recently when they started touring with Manchester Orchestra and Kevin Devine. They get everyone to come up on stage usually during Welcome to Bangkok and play both drums and everyone hits a cymbal or something. It is really amazing to see live. That and Jesse screaming into the pickups.



Anyways this album does take a few listens before it sinks in that Brand New has really touched on something special here. Loyal Brand New fans waited 3.5 years for this album and I think it was worth the wait.

A decent album, but your review isn't too good. Try and learn the different between 'there' and 'their', and 'were' and 'where'. There were parts in your introductory paragraph which I simply couldn't understand at all.
