Apparently he made Anders take vocal lessons when they did Battles so yeah... the vocals on Siren charms and SOAPF were the worst in the discog so I don't think it's his fault

I love these guys to bits, they're my childhood heroes. I'm glad they were able to make a living playing music, but they've been so shit for so long it hurts, and Anders' gay singing is the main reason for it. Didn't even hear the song, but i can hear Anders butchering that godawful lyric "YOUVE GOT ME ON MY KNEEEEES" yucky

He's basically the gold standard producer of butt rock. Name a butt rock band of almost any kind and I guarantee he's worked for them, normally on their more popular releases.
