Well, its a matter of taste anyway. I for one find the clean singing to be awful, as he goes waaay out his comfort zone, just like wacknizzle said, to achieve higher notes.
The rest is just my idea of these days' average "technical djentcore" bands or wtv, it all just sounds too dull to me. Imo, these guys have nothing on such bands as Northlane, Elitist, After The Burial or any other band they "try to emulate".
Now i recognize a lot of people really like this, i guess its a matter of perception, idk. Anyway, chill

lol, idk I love all 3 of those band Moreira but I'd almost argue is more talented than them, well not AtB but the other 2 for sure. And I was actually just listening to Elitist and Sean Hall lol

Well, Erra are a bunch of moderately skilled dudes, i wont say otherwise. But for me any of those bands' efforts until now came out better. Impulse doesnt have enough personality, too dull, no wow factor at all. Again, a matter of perception i guess ^^
