idk I just can't stand it. I hate all the chopped together bits and the vocoder/autotune. And these really strong and thick beats in the middle of all the silence really get on my nerves

i still find myself zoning out towards the end

same here. the first half would have made james blake's best ep ever though. i think the ep format suits him better, everything he released before this album was gold.

what a terribly overrated record. most songs circle around a single, boring sound and the "warmth" of his singing feels wrong and out of place.
