I know this will be a very unpopular comment, but I don't see why people dislike these interludes here which are decent at worst but love the interludes on Aenima.

The interludes are 100% filler at an attempt to bring out a concept in the album.
That's why they fail miserably.

It's not an attempt though. The album does have a concept: Human fears. Many concept albums have them and just because people don't like the interludes doesn't make it any less of a concept album.
