I don't know if justifying the homophobia and misogyny of this LP as a product of the time works. The beats and most of the lyricism is top-notch, but there's a lot of cringy and crass bars that imo, demonstrate close-mindedness or straight up ignorance. I'm not super well-versed in 90's hip hop, but I checked this out from a recommendation and genuinely enjoy most of it, but not to sound like a libtard-snowflake, but some of this is irate trash. idk I've listened to hardcore rap before, but the lyrics on here about killing "fags" and raping women comes off as poor craftmanship.

Y'all chill with the sass, I was trying to gain insight. Pardon my own ignorance, I didn't realize this was a horrorcore concept LP. When I sampled some of his songs, they were all highly thoughtful and didn't have any horrorcore elements, so when i heard it here it felt like he ditched clever lyrics for tuff guy bullshit.
