Album Rating: 5.0
If an album has an average of 4.30 or higher, the site blocks you from rating it lower than a 2. (I *think* the exception is if you back up such a low rating with a review - as in, for instance, if you were to write and publish a 1/5 review for this album, then you'd be allowed your 1/5 rating. I could be wrong, though.) I think the restriction is in place for the purpose of preventing troll ratings

I don't really like electioneering, but other than that it's perfect.

Dad rock is good but I wouldn't describe any Radiohead song as that.

Dad rock isn't even a good term
It's just something people who think modern music is objectively better use to look cool
I say we introduce the terms dad electronic and dad hip hop and see how far it goes

Dad rock is mostly just a term to talk down music without using any arguments. It's mostly implying "it's old so it can't be good". So as a consequence, the term should either be used as a descriptor without any particular connotation, or only for music that actually sounds dated (Heat of the Moment and the likes). In any other way, people using it should expect to not be taken seriously tbh.
