I'll take that as we didn't get evidence and people are wanting him canceled because of a completely unsubstantiated claim?

I'll defer final judgement to the court of law. If her claims that he's sexually assaulted her and locked her in a basement are true, then I will gladly disregard David and Vektor for life.
From his bandmates quitting to her allegations, he sounds like he has some profound addiction problems and mental health disorders. Sounds like that addiction led him to make some pretty terrible choices and he's probably a shit husband.
Until then...imprisonment and sexual assault claims are very serious. But I've seen people bend the truth in the direction of their conscious and unconscious biases and misinterpret realty enough to know that it's not responsible in tumultuous, personal claims like this to read words on the internet and believe them wholesale and judge accordingly, at least until something else comes out officially. I'm not an abuser apologist, but there's a grey area to everything, and I won't repeat "David beats his wife!" until he admits it or he's charged appropriately.
The guy needs some serious help in the meantime. I don't follow any of these people on social media but I pray he's considering or has gone to therapy and/or rehab, because it sounds like he needs it.

"LOL Heck has every God damned right to 1 an album based on the artist. He's a domestic abuser, such has been proven."
Unfortunate Emperor 5s though.

yup I 5'd Nightside before I knew Faust played on it. I will totally own that I have listened to music made by horrible people, but that's not really a gotcha since at no point in this thread have I told anybody they shouldn't do the same. I just want to bring attention to the fact that David DiSanto is a horrible person.
I also just think this album is really overrated and annoying.

I had to edit and re edit and re edit my post as I read some old testimony that reads plainly and is less ambiguous. I just try not to knee-jerk judge people from what's posted on the internet before and am trying to have more compassion for people who are deep in addiction issues. I've seen how it can change people entirely and make them do things they don't remember or that patently not part of their true personality. Which of course still doesn't help the people they abused.
I'm a recovering Huge Asshole who had a pretty good brain reset not long ago, so I'm naturally more sympathetic to people who are obviously suffering and fighting their own internal battles.
Cool Guy DiSanto is probably buried somewhere deep inside of there, underneath whatever baggage he is/was drowning in booze. I just hope he doesn't hurt anyone else and gets it dealt with ASAP.
