this album is great. i do think it's a valid criticism when people say CP are quite one-note. they've been releasing the same shit for years now (while somewhat improving the formula i will say) but this album DRAGS.
i don't think it helps the way they released so many singles, it makes the first few songs a slog to get through because i already jammed them.
Overall, it's great, 3.5

1. the chorus, The Amity Affliction-alike (TAA has had too many of these patterns and I'm getting crazily tired of them)
2. song has a rather flat energy distribution which i don't know how to handle. I was still waiting for the outburst and surprisingly it faded out and ended 😶
