Not a fan of CUT_it. The chorus didn't work for me at all and musically it was mostly just whatever. Not bad just mundane. Bummed since Evian is amazing

both tracks are good
this doesn't seem to be a mirror's edge situation where they release a 'dante' and then a bunch of filler that isn't even in the same universe of sound palette or production style as dante
obviously stylistically different between tracks as then, but now tonally consistent and coherent

Agreed totally. Cut it is growing on me but I def hope there's more Evian esque tracks. Especially since they cut back the fat to just 10 tracks. Can't afford to have boring ones

New one is cool, but I don’t understand having a vocalist like Marcus and then burying those vocals in the mix, as it seems like a deliberate choice. Anyway, they're definitely trying something a bit different, curious about the album but not blown away by any of the 3 tracks so far.

a Fish-produced record that does not instantly sound like a Fish record? Nice, interested in the full release although the songs don't grab me as hard.
