I wonder if they’ll eventually drop the “Converge” nomenclature, and just go by Bloodmoon for upcoming releases… I think it was intended as that originally, but obviously the Converge name is iinitially more enticing, but it’s really a very different proposition from the core group stuff (it’d be great too, if Steve von Till rejoined them on upcoming releases).

Totally love Coil but agree that Flower Moon is pretty easily the worst track for me.
And Yeah Crimson Stone is my favorite here. I love the whole album but that track really feels like the group’s potential fully realized.

I get why some would say ‘Coil’ is cheesy, but I think it’s lush and ABSOLUTELY an album highlight.
‘Failure Forever'’ is more of an outright cheese-fest, and odd as a kind of thematic successor to the core band’s beast of a track, ‘You Fail Me’.
