Honestly I believe this has my favorite mix of both complexity and accessibility in the composition, production and hxc ETID balls out of all their albums. Like arguably there is no single track that's better than Map Change, but record is super balanced and the most aggressive stuff is sitting with some of their best (All This and War, Hostile Architecture just to name a couple, my fuck they go hard). After Low Teens I expected less of those heavy cuts. Last 2 tracks are arguably lower quality than the rest but they are good.

Hope this settles at 4.2 because overall is fucking great for the genre in this day and age, Low Teens (and honestly FPU) may deserve a 4.1 and this is stronger minute to minute, but definitely not as innovative as something as We Are the Romans that's sitting at 4.3 lol (think that should be higher), though I'd argue this is better than AWLWLB (which people who don't love hxc generally brings when shouting good hxc and it definitely is awesome as most Converge, but honestly is kind of a different vibe than some more off-kilter shit like Coalesce or The Chariot, speaking of two bands of different movements but that I could see people enjoying both for what they try to accomplish)

Pika's irresponsible shenanigans are causing the average to drop at an alarming rate, soon he will be sent to the depths below - his only solace being the impossibility of seeing Johnny atop his rapidly ascending pedestal.
