I want to talk about the music and composition and all that good shit -

But what's top of mind for me as I go through yet another listen of the album is that Chino's lyrics on this album are absolutely astounding. They seem full of inspiration and really have that alternate reality feel that White Pony and S/T brought. I feel like Gore's lyrics had a tendency to be 'Chino does Chino' at times, with few parts that hit me.

This album is chock full of that energy and surreal pictures he paints.
