this is still my favorite QOTSA. As good as Songs for the Deaf is, it's way more one-note, overstays it's welcome and the radio interviews may be mildly amusing at first but don't do much for replay album

been in the biggest QOTSA mood since I first got Rated R in high school, so i suppose it's finally time

'Monsters in the Parasol' and 'Quick and to the Pointless' is such an over-the-top, insanely good 1-2 punch that I can't help but love it and smile every time I jam this album.

Monsters in the Parasol is a fun song, chorus is a little meh, but doesn't drag the whole song down for me.

Best QOTSA.
