I always thought jesus alone and rings of saturn set the mood. Girl in amber is where the album becomes incredibly emotionally heavy, and the album spirals out from there, getting increasingly darker leading to distant sky, which absolutely broke me when i heard it. The t/t serves kind of as a conclusion, more to say that "it's alright", even though it seems on that track that cave is more trying to tell himself that

This is my only 5 of the year and i stand by that rating but if i were to peak a weakest it would probably be anthrocene although i do love that track. It just feels kind of transition-y. Nothing's wrong with that but it isn't as devastating as the rest of the album.
