honestly this just didn't leave much of an impression on me. maybe it just hasn't clicked yet, but there aren't "moments" or "sections" of the album that stick out to me



like for instance, the very beginning of Limbs is etched into my brain and I'll never forget it or the first time I heard, but nothing like that on here

i re-listened to that part that you mentioned talons, and it just does not have that impact for me at all

Dark Matter Gods has more impact than the rest of the heavy songs on here, which are all very good, but that one in particular and the Musk Ox interludes come closest to hitting that spot that their earlier material does for me.
