Everybody is shouting about Hallelujah, i know it's a great fucking cover, but it is so unfair how it overshadows tracks such as: the t/t, Lover, Eternal Life, Dream Brother and so on...

haven't listened to this in a while but Mojo Pin, t/t, Hallelujah, Eternal Life & Dream Brother were always the highlights for me

I agree rock. He really is such an amazing writer that to put the cover as the best song on here is almost offensive. Then again, I think Hallelujah is simply the pinnacle of emotion needed near the middle of the album, even if Dream Brother is the most emotional for me.

Eternal Life and Dream Brother are underrated, same with Grace and Lilac Wine. Lover is honestly the worst here

"got my red glitter coffin man just need one last nail" is pretty creepy too.. as if hes ready to die just needs to say that last statement

Though all of his pessimistic lyrics, i don't think he was really suicidal. He had definitely gone through a lot of pain in his life but i don't think he wanted to leave this world so soon.

i dont think so either - maybe he was just fascinated with the short burst of life a human being gets here on the planet

Guy's sexy af

As an artist of course. He just has a way with his voice of expressing emotion. Kind of wish every track was as great as Dream Brother, Mojo Pin, and Hallelujah vocally though. Eternal Life is just a different style, though equally great.

But Lover and So Real are kind of cheesy.

Like I seriously think Chris Martin was inspired vocally by So Real's chorus

Ok then, Ricochet, if you don't think it should have been cut, than what's up with the 4.5? What are the weak or weaker tracks here?

i reserve 5s for life changing albums - this album wasnt life changing but i love it - but if i had to choose a skipper i would say Corpus Christi
