I was debating that before I posted lol I think it might actually be Permanent Wave-Roll the Bones. Bones is basically a transitional album between their synth era and their 90's Alt Rock era.

Goddamn that last chorus for Between the Wheels gives me such chills its so fucking good as a way to end the album. The only album closer from Rush that hits me as hard is the ending of The Garden, which is liable to bring me to tears everytime.
