I also don't really think about sex in everyday life. It's not an objective for me. I hardly ever see a woman and think anything sexual about her. I recognize physical beauty, but I just don't ever get sexually attracted to people.
I know I have an anxiety disorder. Sexual insecurity brought on by my asexuality is an anxiety trigger for me. Other triggers are email, scholarships, and thinking about the future.
I went to my university's student services building, but they have a waitlist to see a therapist. For now, I'm in a group stress management course. It's a waste of time but I get bumped up the list if I complete the group therapy.

This is a song that has really helped me out. I have had troubles to love myself and to know what it's like to be loved. We often overlook the word love, but this song is the best depiction of God's love for us.
