I really like "Good Day Sunshine", it's simple, it's catchy, and that harmonization at the end is gold. While I also like "When I'm Sixty Four", I think it has the same problem as, say Yellow Submarine, in which it completely messes up with the flow of the album for me, I like the song, and it is Paul's cuteness overdose, but when I'm in the mood for listening to Sgt Pepper, most of the time I just skip it.

I like their fuckin around C-side quality stuff idk. Like I love the Escher Demos, a bunch of anthology songs like junk, sour milk sea, los paranoias, you know my name... they sound good when their just having fun. Obviously it’s not the exact same quality as their album work, but still.

“junk” is super nice

it’s the Beatles at their most improvised and I think that’s neat

The first like fifteen seconds of “you know my name look up the number” are so good tho

the first suite

that growl on the first “you know my naaAAAAME”. The “beat” that opens the song. I mean, glad it’s not on an album, but those elements alone make it worthwhile to me

I like the suite in Slagger’s featuring Dennis O’ Bell
(come on Ringo, let’s hear it for Dennis!)
