In any case I truly love both albums and think the energy they aim for are two different means to an end

The "better than Sunbather" talk when its been out for 10 minutes is ridiculous like seriously lol.

It is the best album of all time ever I've made many memories with it and being a Lonely People With Power fan since I gracefully plummeted from my mother's womb i think I have authority

i'm not even sure where to rank it but right now, tentatively my ranking is something like: new bermuda 1, sunbather 2, new one 3 but i think trading blows with 2, only time will tell if it goes up or down, ordinary corrupt human love 4 (but I almost wanna 5 it too and break my 3-album rule), roads to judah 5 and infinite granite 6.

in other words deafheaven is my current autistic hyperfixation musically and i haven't been this conflicted on my own internal 5/5 rules in years

im listening to Nile for some reason

oh but new album def #3 behind this and Judah, maybe higher idk! But it's definitely great and an excellent consolidation of all their previous sounds. Even though I'm a much bigger fan of the 4-5 long songs "wittr-y" orientation of atmo-black songs, having like nine real shorter tracks didn't bother me any.

i mean this album being the way it is helps inflate this band's scrobble count on my page better so that helps
