like it's still good because they're ripping off a good band but oh my god it's so absurdly unoriginal that it becomes funny

'I had the exact same reaction to Vexovoid' (3)
It was vaguely enjoyable simply for the amusement factor, absurd really. Anything that makes me reach for the off button on the grounds that I could be listening to a superior incarnation of the same sound, gets a major downgrade for me, regardless of the initial funnies.

Having said that I can actually understand someone (else) hating this, it’s an acquired taste in many ways.

tbh they still wind up ahead of most modern thrash bands just by virtue of how good Vektor is, and like the riffs are still pretty decent
but like damn the unoriginality hurts em a ton
still would rather hear them than Metallica #7822
