Mostly just duration and homogeneity. I don't hear anything in the two hours that wouldn't have made for a comparable payoff in 40-ish mins.

honestly I could see cutting this to 80 mins and enjoying it the same amount. also, I wish Das Tor had been considered the "first" LP in the discog because that one was a big step up in production value (if not clarity) after a long break, and this is a great followup.

Ah, yeah i can see length being an issue. I still love it nonetheless. Opener is incredible
