Yea, maybe they need to spread their wings with the new one. This was great and like mix of everything they ever did, but doing it again would be stagnation and if I were them I would be afraid of that.
That's why The Spark - apart from being great in its own right - was just a necessary album for them, I guess

Bloodshot reminds me of the Big Brother theme tune funnily enough lol. Managed to see Shikari again last night, first time in years! They have such a solid collection of live bangers now it's unreal. Even got a cheeky Anything Can Happen in The Next Half Hour which is a pretty rare number at the live shows. Can't wait for the new album!

Just saw them last night for a 4th time and it was probs the best occasion I've seen them.
New songs are sounding so fire, especially pls set me on fire. Was such a joy to hear Hectic, Undercover Agents again and Slipshod too. Fuck I love this band
