yeah, lord knows i will not cope well with any news of this band breaking up anytime soon.

for as much as i love this, i hope the next album is a bit more upbeat ie closer to Somewhere but I doubt they'll go in that direction again

Better not be true

I was counting on these guys to fill the void left by mwY

I imagine they're not, especially with them releasing stuff on their patreon (which from what i've heard is great if you're a Here, Hear fan!)

I'm pretty sure before both Panorama and Rooms there were talks of the possibility

They are releasing a track, Strangelight, for the Fugazi tribute being released this Friday.

I waver between this and Wildlife being their best, but they’re pretty equal. This is more consistent throughout than Wildlife, but Wildlife has higher highs.

Wildlife is one of the most consistent albums of all time. i'd say that minus FS2 and You Ascendant (top 10 LD tracks) every song on Wildlife surpasses the rest of this

There are a handful of tracks on Wildlife that don’t do much for me, but the highlights are so fucking good.

Whereas on this, I like every song to varying degrees.

i cannot get into View From Our Bedroom Window for the life of me, my least favorite La Dispute track. I don't dislike it but it doesn't do much for me still.

other than that no major issues as a whole, just find this to be an overall weaker selection of songs compared to Wildlife, but as you can see by my 4.5, I still love them
