There was a live stream where they promoted a edited version of the whole song, and every part after the first chorus it gets far more melodic.

I think there was quite a bit cut from the promo edit, it was only 2 minutes long and it sounded kind of structurally disjointed.

I doubt it’s a long song but it feels like there’s at least a minute missing from the version they streamed. It has a weird intro-verse-chorus-interlude-chorus structure, it sounds like they cut out the second verse.

So the full song is almost a minute and a half longer than the promo edit. I think those of you that disliked TIW will like it. It retains some of that sound but it also reminds me a lot of Uroboros. The production is cleaner too. The Clever Sleazoid remake is really fun too, if you enjoy their “br00tal” remakes of old songs.

new single is awesome, really loving it on the first few listens. Pretty sure I only heard the radio edit, but even with its short length it feels more well developed than most tracks on this.

The production definitely sounds a lot cleaner. I thought TWoM had a cheap plastic-y sound to it but this sounds better.

Yeah and it’s not even like 3:20 is too long for a single lol. They’ve had longer singles that weren’t edited down so much. The song feels totally incomplete without the last section.
