This remains to be the band’s best album. They really evolved and matured on this album. Hard to believe this is the same band that released AWKIF.

There are probably no two people on Sput who agree on a Paramore album ranking, even though the correct ranking is All We Know > Riot > After Laughter > S/T > Brand New Eyes.

S/T had a lot of potential, but it’s obvious they didn’t know what exactly they wanted to do with that potential and it ended up becoming a 17 track mix and match release.
The very same album to feature the absolutely stunning Part II and prog rocky/post rock closer Future also featured... a gospel singalong. And a bunch of ukulele interludes. Tonally, it’s all over the place.
It could have been an excellent album if it was a little more focused.
