You know, I expected to revisit this album after several weeks and find that the glow had worn off.
Nope, still fucking rules.
I think all I can say bad about this whole album is:
1: Sometimes, Screamy McGillicutty's vocals can seem grating and unnecessary,
2: And speaking of unwelcome vocals, John Q. Guitarist, name escaping me....that "rap" is really, really cringeworthy and makes me skip the song every time.
But really, catchy as hell. Love it. Great guitar work, and the mixing is very deep and nuanced. Great stuff.

every time I listen to the rapping I cringe. I mean it's great that they're trying to something a bit more unique than other post-hardcore bands but it just doesn't work.
