No I mean dessert vs meal food. If your doctor were for some reason to prescribe using white noise for stress relief, you'd use that ambient noise as stress relief, and not as noise to be consumed for pleasure as art. I mean you could, but it most likely wouldn't work as effectively as say, any actual music. Just as you can eat donuts as a meal, but that's probably not going to be as effective for multiple reasons as just eating pizza for the meal instead. They are to be used for entirely different purposes, although their uses both may include pleasure.
