it's the best kinda if for sure

i guess you're a truer fan than me then brah

i mostly love this for nostalgic reasons, but these choruses are gold. reroute to remain is a lot like this.. probably objectively even better. underrated

it's a great track agreed. i think my favourites are versus terminus, vacuum, and take this life

yeah they seemed to really nail the balance between accessibility and rawness on this one, and i love that about it. didn't compromise the screams but is still somehow catchy as hell with great riffs. you can easily hear how their sound progressed to a sense of purpose from this. tbh idk where else they could have gone. it was either make another album that sounds like this, or continue their pop evolution. they were kind of screwed if they didn't revert to a less streamlined sound
