what, how does that make any sense?
It doesn't. They're just private schools but calling them "public" must've originally just been a
publicity thing to make them look more appealing and less elitist. Lol

Also, why is every alleged 'cool guy' in a music video wearing sunglasses WHEREVER THE FUCK he is?

The question would be whether that was also intented by the person who gave it a go to conclude whether that person is racist or not. I just think people shouldn't throw around accusations like this so lightly without definitive proof.
This kinda stuff can actually get you 5 years jailtime plus and/or fines where I live.

Well, I wouldn't be that surprised if it was true. But even if, it wouldn't have to negate if he did anything positive.

I generally try to view American politics from a historical and contemporary political or at least "more American" point of view without getting too far into any political preconceptions.
Because a lot of people here try to compare American politics with ours which is kind of inadequate considering the different systems and influences. (and even more so party histories)

I still think Reagan (the song) is solid. And it's not like the quality of the song is dependent on how deep his knowledge is of the Iran contra affair or some shit. It'd be kind of hard to go into a detailed essay about the ins and outs of US/Middle East relations while sticking to the rhythm and meter of the song. So instead he paints with broad strokes, because narrowing his focus on the minute details would just come across as frivolous. The song doesn't need to be a text book to be good.

Yeah Regan sucks and this album is kind of overrated. Production is tight tho.
|
| |
its better than GKMC.
production is top notch
|
| |
also it's kind of dumb to get your panties in a not with the whole 666 part at the end. yeah, it's
pretty trite, but i think the "six" on the + beat adds flavor to an other wise boring outro
EDIT: i guess if we're splitting hairs the "six" is between the down beat and the + beat

I'm not really remembering all the lyrics but.. Middle East? That song also about the Middle East?
And to me the whole thing just doesn't sound authentic. No matter how detailed the whole thing is. Beside from the fact that something like that could've been pulled off way less cliché.

I mean it starts out with Reagan apologizing for the Iran contra affair. Idk, it definitely wore out fast for me, but the beat is cool, his flow is cool, I get the message he's trying to send and that's really all I ask for
