Will never understand the love for Sprawl II, a horrendously boring song. Go listen to real synthpop pls!

As someone who has been listening to synthpop for almost 30 years now I still love Sprawl II. That song is fantastically uplifting.

Still love this album - Suburban War might be my favorite Arcade Fire tune.

Definitely lacking the drama of the first two albums. I keep yearning for an "Intervention" or "Laika" but it rarely throws any punches at all. Can't deny how strong the album starts though, first 5 songs are all great tunes, and there's sprinkles of Arcade Fire magic throughout the rest of the album. Just wish it kept my interest that little bit more.

You never trust a millionaire
Quoting the sermon on the mount,
I used to think I was not like them,
But I'm beginning to have my doubts,
My doubts about it

The title track and Modern Man are both great songs, reminds me of driving around in my first car
