ive seen ugly three times, met him twice. passed a blunt with him outside a club in DC, really awesome and humble dude. uneven compromise live is one of my all time favorite concert moments.



also saw tommy wright III in baltimore with nickelus f and it was a blast. he showed up in an all white adidas track suit, walked around and talked with the crowed before the show, then hopped on stage and killed it. he just seemed genuinely grateful that people still appreciated his work. total legend.

Damn I'm jealous of all these Ugly stories! I just discovered nickelus f this year and been loving his stuff. And hey Million, you do a write up on Runnin n Gunnin and I'll review one of his other ones. Think I'll probably start with On The Run if you cover Runnin. Also agreed on all accounts on Tommy being dope and humble. Sounds like he mingles with the crowd all the time which is dope because I've definitely seen some in the genre act like they're above their fans. He had a good vibe all around and I love seeing him get some love with the resurgence of that sound

Also would definitely be down to cover All Kapone- Da Resurrection. Love that album. I'm just gonna set some time aside and make a list of stuff I want to cover and slowly cross them out
