So... who is going to see these guys live on their current tour? I CANNOT WAIT! Two new songs are

being played, one being 'The Refusal' as previously mentioned, and another called 'Sky Machine' which

is apparently even better. They better play Deadman or I'll scream, I have yet to see it live.

Wow, a 17 year old that has decent taste in music. That's new. The band keeps asking people to take

the videos down. Like with Sound Awake they don't want people getting the material till the album is

out. Sounds epic billy, jealous. Would be keen to get your opinion on Sky Machine if they play it! Set

at Frankston looked a bit better, as they played both newies and Change as well. I'm holding out for

the Newcastle and Sydney gigs, going to both, both right in the middle of my exam period, but I don't

give a shit! Going regardless ;)

Just got back from the second show tonight. Was wayyyy better than last night. Was the same set as last night, but they added Change on the end and put New Day in the main set. Still no Sky Machine =( but The Refusal was crazy. Hopefully you get Sky Machine, Benwx. Im hanging out to hear what it sounds like.

Australians are so lucky, they play so often. I wish I lived somewhere where at least twice a year I could say "Oh you wanna go hit a Karnivool concert tonight?". Instead I live in Canada where you either get Canadian artists or super big top 40 names more than once a year and THAT'S IT, it's poop

Some good stuff there Puzzles!! I'm envious, I have a whole album written but have no gear to record

it, and wouldn't have the slightest clue as how to. Maybe sometime in the future!



Yazz, that may explain a lot of the immature crap that goes on on this website ;) But is assuring to

know a lot of the younger generation likes some decent music. Every 17 year old I know is hooked on

the mainstream crap urgh. I know when I was 17 I liked sh!t music. I'm making myself sound old, I'm

*only* 22.



A couple of videos have surfaced on youtube of The Refusal that are decent quality.. won't link them

as no doubt they'll be taken down soon enough.. I'm sure everyone knows how to use youtube :P. I've

given it a few spins and really it is EPIC. Very technical, and the guitar tone is sex to my ears.
