I leave you, negative behind | Watch me all in flames | On a butterfly I ride

Reroute to Remain, System and Cloud Connected are still killer tracks. Love his screams here, too bad he lost it.

He didn't lose it. Foregone and Come Clarity absolutely fucking slap. So does Soundtrack to your Escape.

Underrated album.
Also agreed with Postman tbh.

Only for the Weak got me into In Flames, but Trigger got the rest of my friends into this band.
Hasn't aged quite as well for me, but still a great album (this was an easy 4.5 for the longest time).

Agreed with Hawks. This is very underrated - lots of bangers here.

The album has issues but it for sure riffs hard.

This album is unreal. This was released in 2002. Even just the title track by itself is worth the price of admission, let alone the full ride of slappas and bangas.
"muh riffage"
This band has literally never been technical, not for a second.

I discoverd this album at the peak of my adolescence so it does have a special place in my heart.
I used to put Metaphor in loop and sing about my first heartache lol, good times

Also discovered this album in my adolescence but it aged horribly tbh. I loved Clayman, this and STYE in the beginning of my metal journey but Clayman is the only one I care about of those nowadays.

Absolutely loved this one on my younger days

boy oh boy, I used to hate the ever living shit out of this album (if my review is any indication), but having listened to a lot of post-hardcore and metalcore over the years makes me mind the cringe shit way less than I used to in the past I guess
also never thought metaphor was such a slapper haha
