yeah but how often do these conversations about the classics actually accomplish anything other than 5 pages of people arguing about song and album rankings these days? everything has been said ya know? not saying it never happens but still. they've been talked about to the point that theres little left to say. threads like this with 500 pages you can search for hundreds of pages before you find any discussion truly that engaging about it happening.

its hard to get users interested in unfamiliar albums, even the last few reviews/lists ive made with rarer cuts havent gained as much traction for the discussion of the music itself (instead for the gimmick attached to some of them) or just because im not a big enough user to entice discussion from users who can actually take my word on anything.

intronaut has been slowly and gradually losing my interest ever since valley of smoke. prehistoricisms is amazing tho. the direction of last things is really lame and everything between is just a slow descent.
