Where I’m from hooliganism is rampant and one time there were riots and they sent a bunch of dogs into a pub for control. All the dogs got bottled and thrown back out the window in front of the police. And later people just walked up to police with riot shields and started trying to beat the shit out of them, not even throwing bricks at them and shit.
