Oh, sorry, didn't know the discussion of the song is over here, and not under SF. But well, I agree, the new song is very good. First time I'm listening to In Spite of Ourselves as well, haha. Guess I'd been less of a fan than I thought :P

"oh my god. one band member did shitty things 15 years ago so now we're supposed to never speak of this band ever again? lmao. David Bowie fucked 13 year olds but that hasn't seemed to taint his reputation at all."

Honestly, I feel separating the art from the artist is not the way to go, especially since this is still a problem with bands largely being able to take advantage of their female fanbase and avoid taking responsibility for doing so (I.e. Don Broco and Neck Deep). Bands need to be held accountable for this shit, otherwise it's just going to keep happening as young men see their heroes get away with this stuff, therefore see it acceptable to treat women like that.

Jaws Theme Swimming is criminally underrated. One of their best songs.

That's correct. Then OKC is obviously TDAG, KID A/Amnesiac is their Daisy, and In Rainbows their Sci-Fi.
