NFL talk, huh? Excellent. I'm fucking DEVASTATED. The Bucs' season opener is BLACKED OUT. I don't know what to do. Missing the season opener is just AWFUL. I'm going to watch the game that will be on in its stead, put tape over the mini-scoreboard thing and await the end of the Bucs game. Then I'll search for a torrent of it. That or I'm going to get on Craigslist last minute and nab some tickets.

Hans: yeah man, I'm pretty excited. The group of young receivers is VERY promising, as is Freeman. There's no reason for the defense not being a top ten this season. They have all the talent in the world on that side of the ball. I'm not just saying this as a fan: the Bucs might be the sleeper team this season. So much young talent.

The Bucs would be better off going 2-14 or 3-13 again and loading up yet again in the draft. If you arent going to make the playoffs, you might as well come in last in todays NFL.

Would be very costly to pick that low in the draft year after year, though. Rookies get paid fucking obscene, offensive amounts of money. Shit pisses me off. I'm predicting a 6-10 season. But yeah, these last two drafts have been pretty golden. Pretty sure everyone drafted in the last two years made the cut. I'm actually predicting that the Cardinals will be one of the very few 2-14, 3-13 teams this season.

McNabb is definitely an improvement, so long as that O-line can protect him. Tough division, though. I'd predict Skins barely miss out on the playoffs (wildcard). Giants will likely collapse this season (worse than last season). Eagles will be average. Unfortunately the 'Boys will top that one out.
