it just sounds like looped synth with layered vocals...cool for a song or two..but anything beyond that gets kinda boring...

i find this to be their most accessible album.
It's accessible yes, but it's awesomeness only really comes out in light of their older works tbh. They've been working and playing with this sound for so long now, and to see how they've articulated it here against the background of their past releases just brings out (even more than it is by itself) how incredibly well done this is.
