I dunno, they're good but I don't see how they compare to Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, etc etc...they're fun

Aha seriously not trying to troll or anything I just never understood why they were so unanimously liked. They're catchy, but they don't have as much to them as so many other bands of that time. Kurt Cobain had a haunting voice but everything else was pretty simple.

prob wouldn't be all the hype around them still if kurt didn't die but putting all that shit aside I just like their songs more than the other bands you mentioned (with the exception of aic, they fuckin rock)

depends on my mood. i like Nirvana pretty much any time, whereas AIC i tend to jam more when i'm feeling :[ cause the music fits





what i like about Nirvana is that they have versatility in those feelings, they have some really uplifting sounding jams, even if the lyrics are depressing.

aic and sg are far superior to nirvana but nirvanas still sweet
