Not really a Coheed fan but I would kill to see these guys considering I missed them and Holy Fawn awhile back.

Deafheaven/Holy Fawn/Midwife was definitely one of my favorite shows last year. I enjoy coheed and think them and Deafheaven will make a great/interesting/varied combo!

that was a nice tour fs. i forgot earplugs and stood in the far back and the blasts in Dream House still pummeled. Very excited to hear the whole album tho, Coheed is a nice bonus.

lmfao these guys opening for Coheed is a good dumb social experiment. can't wait for Explosions In The Sky to open for Paramore

Yeah that DH/HF/Midwife show last year was only topped by Meshuggah/Converge/Torche for me. DH had the absolute sickest setlist possible.

So jealous 😭 I hear they pull off the Infinite Granite stuff wonderfully live

Yes and as I have said a million times before, the IG stuff provides some VERY much needed variation to their sets.

Drove out to both CA shows at the LodgeRoom last weekend. Both sets were absolutely killer, and George's untethered-theatre-kid stage presence remains unmatched, and I mean that in the best way possible.

Weird choice going with Coheed (assuming a more IG-forward setlist?) but it also means I can see my boys and dip early, which is tight

Saw them open for Carcass and then live w/ Drab Majesty, killed it both times

Jay, Coheed is incredible live. Downside is they're playing all of NWFT so it'd be a little tougher as a casual listener to be into for the whole show but I can't recommend it enough if you're even remotely interested due to Deafheaven.

Coheed plays a great live show. I second your rec. Plus if you arent a coheed fan itll be easy to prep to see them ... you just have to check out 1 album.

No doubt in my mind that Coheed is a spectacle live, idk I just never could get on board with Claudio's vocals. Incredibly talented band tho don't get me wrong.
